Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BZ Paintball, and thank you for shopping with us. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate for UK Retail Customers.
2.2. We reserve the right to update product prices or descriptions without notice.
2.3. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms.
3.2. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Klarna, Dividebuy Finance and Dopple Finance
3.3. All payments must be cleared before your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders must be placed before 3pm for same day processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
4.2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, exclusing Bank Holidays)
4.3. If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4.5. Any free shipping offers, if available, apply only to Mainland GB addresses unless stated otherwise.
4.6. Air/Co2 Tanks. Please note that unless otherwise stated, air and co2 tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.
4.7. Paintballs. Due to the fragile nature of the product, we do not actually recommend sending paint via couriers. Please be aware though,if you receive your paintballs and some are damaged, even if the package has been signed for as damaged, there is a chance we can still not claim on it.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase and request a refund.
  • To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] or call us on 01642 605000 and provide your order details. We will then send you a link to our returns form.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including any packaging and with any tags attached.

5.2. Returns and Refunds:

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.


5.3 When there is no right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, there are certain circumstances where your right to cancel an order does not apply. These include:

  • Items that have been customised or specially made for you.
  • Goods that have been modified after receipt, whether by you or a third party.
  • Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, as you would reasonably do in a store before purchase.
  • Paintballs: Due to their perishable nature, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on paintballs.

5.4. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website.
6.2. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

8. Complaints

In order for us to deal with your issue in as timely a manner as possible, please do contact us on one of the below methods, ensuring you include full details of your complaint and we will do everything possible to address your concerns.

9. International Orders

Because the UK has now left the EU, all items on orders for delivery outside the UK purchased from us do not include VAT, so you will likely be asked to pay VAT and duties at your local rate when importing.
Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscation in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund, replacement or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority we will be able to refund you for the payment of the goods minus any shipping costs, fines, fees, or charges imposed by that authority for handling the return of the goods. We will issue any refunds only when the products are received and checked by us.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
