Inspired by Battle Arms Development (B.A.D.) lightweight receiver geometry, this riser features extensive skeletonized machining to strip away unnecessary metal mass. The resulting ultra-lightweight profile keeps front-end rifle weight low while providing extra vertical clearance—making it much easier to sight down your rifle when wearing full lower-face mesh protection, gas masks, or thick goggles.

• Optic Base Fitment: This mount is designed around standard MRO footprint screw patterns. When securing your MRO sight body onto the riser plate, use the four bottom hex screws and tighten them in a diagonal cross-pattern for even seating.
• Lower Face Mask Clearance: If standard low mounts force you to smash your face into the stock, an absolute co-witness riser like the AO1787 gives you the slight height cushion needed to align your eye quickly without shifting your mesh mask.
• Threadlock Security: Apply a small drop of blue medium-strength threadlocker to the optic base screws and rail clamping bolts to guarantee your zero remains locked in during rapid field transitions.
