PRICING AND VAT
All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT. All error and omissions accepted. Prices displayed do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on weight. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on UK shipping only. Please email for international shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, either before or after the despatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been despatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.
In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery within the UK is by DPD or Royal Mail.
DPD
If an item is in stock and you order before 2pm, it will normally be delivered the next working day. Orders over the weekend are normally despatched on Monday for Tuesday Delivery.
If you provide an mobile telephone number you should get a text from DPD on the morning of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot for delivery.
Free shipping is only available to UK Mainland.
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.If any of the items you order are not in stock, delivery may take up to 28 days.
Paintballs
Due to the fragile nature of the product, we do not actually recommend sending paint via couriers. However, if you choose to buy we will only ship DPD as this is the most secure method.Please be aware though,if you receive your paintballs and some are damaged, even if the package has been signed for as damaged, there is a chance we can still not claim on it.

CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order please call us on 01642 605000.
LIABILITY
Our delivery liability is reflected in the terms and conditions that Royal Mail and Parcelforce afford us and is limited to postage refund only.
Please Note: BZ Paintball Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies.
RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS
We recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return products to us. This provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by our technicians. When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details.
Order Errors (yours) In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Picking Errors (Ours) In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation. Please contact us on 01642 605000 so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you.
Picking Errors (Manufacturer) If you suspect that your pre-packaged goods have missing or incorrect items please contact us on 01642 605000.
Damaged in Transit . If you suspect your product to have been damaged in transit please contact us on 01642 605000 so that we can arrange a replacement.
Warranty Repair . If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please call us on 01642 605000 to arrange a warranty repair.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, BZ PAintball Supplies does not offer a refunds on markers or air/co2 systems. For a refund on other unused items send the items back to us at BZ Paintball Supplies, Units C & D Yorkway, Mandale Industrial Estate, Thornaby, TS17 6BX. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Faulty Goods. Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your goods for a full refund as long as you notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Used markers are non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. You will need to call us for an authorisation number for a return.
HANDLING COMPLAINTS
We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We not only endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved.
WEBSITE ACCURACY
Our Software Developers and Product Managers work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.

We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
We may record all telephone conversations for confirmation and training purposes.
GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT INFORMATION
No contract will exist between you and BZ Paintball Supplies for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
